DARK CIRCLES

I am 13/f and i need to get rid of my dark circles.I've tried a lot of different kinds of concealer, but it all looks fake. I like to swim so i want something that won't come off. My mom refuses to take me to a dermotologist,and she won't buy anything.It needs to besomething less than 100$. Thank you

i know you tried concealer but try these tips and this method.

you could try looking at your drug store for a cream, but im not familar with any.
