Well On My Computer My Sister And i have seperate long-in (screen names) for the computer. We both Have iTunes, but we have seperate Libraries... i don't know how to explain this well... but if you can't have sperate libraries, you can make seperate playlists for each iPod.

I hope i helped a little...

You can't have two iTunes on one computer.. you can only have one. That means that the two iPods will share the same iTunes. My mom and sister have that. It works out quite nice if you have a large space to hold music (30, 60 or 80 GB)
