i want to get a photo on a computer but i don't have a scanner and i can't e-mail it becuz its on paper and its not on a digital camera
how do i get it on the computer

You'll need to find someone to scan it for you. Maybe you can use a friend's scanner. Then you can have them email it to you, or put it on a CD for you. If your friends don't have scanners, you can go to an office supply store (like Office Max) or a copy place (like Kinkos) and they will scan it for you there and put it on a CD for you.

umm.. the only way possible is if you take a picture of the paper..
otherwise you're going to have to get a scanner..

if you go to like a CVS or Walmart or Walgreens they have scanner machines that you can use they are really cheap and they put it onto a disk for you. OR you can use a digital camera and take a picture of the picture and put that into the computer.
