the odds are very unlikely, but there is still a chance. when sperm hits air, most of them die, but there are still alive ones.
all in all, you're probably not pregnant & have nothing to worry about. take a pregnancy test if you're worried, but i DOUBT a sperm made its way that deep into your vagina without dying.
