ok well im tryin to lose weight, and i mean i dont have any equipment at home and i cant go to the gym. so like all i cant do is lifting arm weight, and crunches, and runin on the tredmill. what should i do. like a scheduel would be awesome, like how many calories i should eat, how many grams of fat, etc. plus how many crunches should i do? how many steps should i take walkin? how many minutes should i run aday? that kind of stuff
