Wow what a great goal! I would say you would definatly begin to see a result within two weeks. This result if you are a guy would probably give you the beginings of a six pack (a little definition in the middle and on the sides). If you are a girl the most you could get from this is most likely a skinny waist and a little bit of a six pack. These would be the resultws if you are already in fairly good condition, just without a six pack.

If you enjoy doing crunches, try changing them up a little. Try laying you legs bent to one side (so your hip is almost pointing to the ceiling) but remain crunching up and down to work the obliques. I would start by doing 50 and 50 on your obliques and as long as you are comfortable with continuing, add the 200 regular crunches.

Remember that even if you exersise a lot, only working one part of your body may actually be bad in the long run. You could suffer from ab cramps if you dont do something to strengthen your back as well. Adding some 30 sec leg lifts and probably 30-50 crunches will not only benifit your abs, but your entire body as well.
