There isn't a right or wrong age. I know for a fact that toddlers do it, accidentally but still.
If you feel you're ready, go ahead. Its nobody's buisness but yours, and potentially when you marry your partner's.
I'd say 15. Alot of people don't start until 17-18, but some start young, so about 15.
