twitching?

why does sometimes my leg twitches really fast for some seconds then stops?

one time my foot twitched for 3 whole days.

and my eye twiches sometimes but thats because of lack of sleep.

sometimes your legs twitch because your mom muscles are growing or you worked them too much. like you ran alot without stretching and what not. other places like your feet or eyes is probably just your nerves. hope i helped

I don't think you are getting enough calcium and magnesium in your diet. YOu can take supplements, they sell them at the drug store, grocery store, or health food store. They are not too expensive, and they help you build strong bones.
So why not give them a try? If you find the supplements that are Calcium, Magnesium and ZINC those are good too. That is how they are most commonly available.
