but when im holding hands with my boyfriend im always sooo sweaty and i feel like he knows that im so freaking sweaty. lol but avoid keeping your hands in fists this traps all the warm air inside your hands and causes them to be extra sweaty :D so keep your hands open. lol
MaNdASzHElP247 answered Wednesday June 13 2007, 4:54 am: Are you overweight? (not being disrespectful, but if your even a few lbs over what the doctor says you should be then it could be a reason) This could tend to contribute to the sweating problem. The hands, i'm not sure about unless you are a very nervious type. You might try going to a natural herb store and ask them if they have any herbs you can take for this. You could try using baby powder or corn starch on your hands. Take a pair of clean socks and put the powder inside of one and tie it off and then put it inside of the other one. Keep it handy and when you are going to meet people pat your hands on it and dust off the excess. or you can ury to eat curry muttons.. i heard that can help.
good luck my dear.. worst case when you go to the doctor ask the next time he might help you.. or go to the local drug store like a walgreens or rite aid.. ask a pharmacist their could be something over the counter that could help you.
