My desktop background is mostly white, and I can't read my desktop icons. How do I change the color of those?

Right click, go to properties, click desktop, and there should be a color chooser.

That should work, if you have windows.

It should be on the page where you change your desktop picture.

Below the "stretch, center, tile" drop down box if you have Windows XP.
