for example your moving to the another country or state soon and your good friend comes up to you and say"hey martha can you do me a favor?" and you asked them what it is and they say"can you not leave?"---what do you think about this phrases? and do you know any cute sayings like that for a friend?

yes, i think its cute. this person is letting you know that they are sad about you leaving, but saying it casually, perhaps as to save you from feeling sad. you see, if all your friends are sad you could very well absorb those depressive feelings, too. but by saying what he/she said is informing you that while they are sad, they're also hopeful for you, thus improving your mood.
or this person just wanted to be cute.
