whats is mean when a guy says "I am going to teach you how to play with my balls"

And do you think it is right to have sex and do all that sexual stuff when you are 14 ?

I don't think it's right to have sex when you're 14 if you're not ready. Most girls don't know what they want and think that it's right and that they are ready for it but that's not always how it turns out to be. If you're in a relationship with someone that you really like, it's fine to do sexual things but I wouldn't go all the way until you're for sure that it's what you want to do.
