On friday 13th of july, it's my mates birthday party and i have no idea what to wear. Lol, my mate dared me to wear a tutu with footless tights, which i am considering lol.
But if i can't get a tutu then i have nothing to wear.
What could i wear? I dress emo-ish/grunger.

A tutu could actually be really cute. A band tee, a striped shirt, or even layering them with the footless tights, or with capris under, and maybe converses, and big beads:]

Wear some skinny jeans, a stripy shirt [or a band-tee if you dislike stripes], some converse or slip on vans & your basic accessories.
There's a ton of things to wear if you're not wearing a tutu. Trust me.
