I just started work in the middle of nowhere... I'm a couple hours' drive from the nearest doctor, and I don't have a car, so I can't go. That's why I'm asking here.
Symptoms:
- Painful urination
- Urgent need to go, but only a little bit comes out
- Only happens while I'm working!
I don't think it's a UTI, because those affect me all the time. What could it be?
Also, if it is a UTI, what can I do to clear it up? I've been trying to drink tons of water to flush my system out, but I'm not peeing any more. I don't have access to cranberry juice, either.

Follow that article. It has all the possible symptoms & diagnosis. For UTI's, the best would be cranberry juice, but since you don't have any, that could be a problem. Here's a website-
It could be a coincidence that it only happens at work, but no one knows for sure. Like I said before, it would be a good idea to go to the doctor asap.
After checking those websites, you can narrow it down to what it might be. If your symptoms become worse, I would suggest talking to your boss or another coworker.
