well, i hear it's really bad to skip meals. i'm not anorexic or anything, i love to eat, but i skip meals... it's how i lost so much weight in the span of a few weeks (unfortunately i gained it all back. DELISHH.) so i want to lose like, 10 lbs again. omfg, i can't believe i gained it all back. well not ALL of it, but a good chunk. i have to get in a bikini on tuesday [ haha ] and i kinda want to have a flat stomach. can i skip lunch [ well not SKIP but not eat a huge ass meal ] for today & tomorrow and not have a belly? this weekend, i had two slices of pizza, a coke, bbq stuff like ribs & chicken wings. i have a huge stomach right now...
& i can't "eat healthy" cause there really isn't healthy food in my house. i find it a lot more effective to just.. eat really lightly (like lunch water & a snack).
also - i sometimes feel sick if i don't eat for a long period of time, and eat an orange. but acidity builds up in my stomach and i feel superr gross. when acid is really high in my stomach, what should i eat? like, soup?
also, what (sooooo sorry<3) are some foods that fill you up but aren't high in calories?
any advice? sorry for the length.

Try to eat each meal at the same time every day. Your body will get used to being fed at certain times and you won't feel hungry anymore. Even if you aren't hungry make sure that you eat at that time so your body doesn't get upset with you. Try having some water while your making your meal...it will fill you up a bit before you eat and then you won't feel the need to over eat. Fruits and veggies are great to fill up on and make a great snack...try having celery and carrots with some light ranch dip...it makes a great mid afternoon snack and it's low in calories. Try fruits for a mid morning snack.
your meals should work as follows
breakfast (maybe a bowl of whole grain cereal or an egg and some toast)
mid morning snack (fruit is really good for this)
lunch (I prefer soup and a sandwich...but it's whatever you like...a grilled chicken sandwich is also a great lunch)
mid afternoon snack (veggies with some ranch dip or maybe some triscuit crackers with some sliced cheese on top...whatever you like that's sort of snacky and filling)
dinner (feel free to eat a little bigger on this one...it's important so you don't get hungry during the night and wake up for snacks...anything is really acceptable just try to incorporate the food groups you haven't gotten in already)
evening snack (don't eat right before you go to sleep...maybe a jello cup or a fat free pudding cup...or a couple of cookies...these are great ways to finish the day)
you don't have to eat what i put down...just some suggestions.

Drinking water will help you lots. It reduces bloating, and can also fill you up faster and keep you from eating when you're actually thirsty.
Avoid overly salty foods- which can be hard to do at a party, so limit yourself, or go for a sandwich instead of pizza and chicken.
To reduce acid you could chew a Tums, or drink milk. Or eat actual food that isn't acidic, like cereal or bread.

Lastly if you do crunches right before you go to the beach, supposedly your muscles "pop" a little more and make you look leaner.
