my friend who is like a brother to me (also way older) left like 2 years ago for the marines, but ive just started getting back in touch with him online and stuff, but we never saw eachother in FOREVER.
but he is coming home for 4th of july, what can i do to tell him that i so0o missed him without being corny?

Just tell him that you missed him. Buy him a card & fill it with memories & little corny jokes & insiders between the two of you.


Haha, maybe incorporate this joke somehow? It's military related, so he'll get it no matter what. Okay, here goes:


Q: "Are you a sergeant?"
A: "Cause you make all my privates stand up straight!"


Ahaha, if he's one for lame but cute jokes, he'll love it.
