Pulse When they take a pulse like for a physical, they do it near the wrist, like the veins. [i think]. And i get VERY VERY lightheaded, because my vein sort of sticks out, and when you press against it, i get very....i just can't do it. What should i do?

Tell the nurse that you get lightheaded easily- they don't need to press that hard at all. Plus, being lightheaded after someone just touches you could mean something is up with your blood pressure- ask them about it but I'm sure you're fine.
Ask them to count the number of beats in 6 seconds and just multiply by 10. 6 seconds is NOTHINGG, right?
good luck! ]
