Which..?

Question Posted Friday June 8 2007, 3:22 pm

ok so i have the choice to move.. so should I stay at the school I'm currently at, where it's easy (for me at least) and I'm considered pretty smart since it's kind of a small school.. only 1000 people.. (i guess that's medium) But I don't really think anyone there is fun.. I've been here all my life and I'm kind of bored with everyone. We don't do like anything though (well in some classes) and we can get away with like a lot of stuff.. but idk, people there are just so different from me. we don't have stereotypes or anything though, everyone's pretty chill, but i just don't socialize with them beacuse i know them all and they're all blah except for like 3 people, lmao.

Or should I go to another school, which is -really hard and very strict- but where I'll be popular (well, probably?) and i think i could make a lot of friends there because i've met a few people they're and they're pretty cool. I mean, maybe I'll be good at that school too, but there's 2000 people there and they're all kind of smart.. so I probably won't have a high class rank or anything like I do here.. i don't really know what to pick.. and this school -does- have stereotypes.

You only have one life so you better make the most of it. Do you want to live bored with a lack of interesting people that dont even have similar interests as you just because its easy? Believe in yourself! If you want a good mark you can get it no matter what school you're in, you just have to work for it. I think applying yourself a little more instead of being so bored is a good thing anyway, and at the same time you'll be reviving your life by giving yourself a challenge and a chance to be happier and make meaningful friendships. Steriotypes exist wherever you are, School can be a good experience too, its not always bad for everyone. You shouldn't let stereotypes or the risk of someone judging you keep you from making a choice that in every other way will make you happier. Who cares if one person doesnt like you, everyone's not always going to love you, but for that one person that is a hater, there's a million that are "lovers" and willing to be your friend. The haters always end up alone in the end anyway so you'll be having the last laugh on them. Chances are though, that no one's going to hate you and that you might just miss out on the opportunity you've been waiting for if you don't take it. If worse comes to worse, your old school will always be available for you to go back if you decide you don't like your new one. You have to make the most of your life because you don't want to have any regrets and you don't know when its going to be your time to go, so live it to the fullest and if your unhappy, change your life so that you are happy again:)
