eww i have this gross, big red pimple on my chin & it REALLY hurts! and i put this stuff on it but it just realy really hurts like when i move my chin or if i poke it... my pimples don't usually 'hurt'

before you go to bed at night
you can put toothpaste on it and it should take down the redness
annd also just wash your face everynight and it should go away it would help if you go some acne face wash also

Your pimple is infected. I have no idea why, but a freind suggested putting toothpaste *it cannot be gel though) on it over night and it works!! Hope i helped!! YOu can also try making a washcloth as hot as you can take it with water and put it on it for about 10 seconds. It will help it heal and come out!!

same i had one of those. it was like on the side of my nose. it was very small but still hurt! they hurt covered a wide area. the best cure is to just leave it and hope the best. honestly pinching and poking and stabbing it isnt going to do any good. try a facial wash or two and see if it worsens or not...
