Clearing Google Browser

Question Posted Wednesday June 6 2007, 6:13 pm

You know where on google you type in a something you're looking for? Well I was wondering if there's a way to clear where it says the search history when you're typing something that starts with the same letter.
Example:
I type in Hearts, but don't finish the word, so it shows me all the other words I typed that started the same way. How do I get rid of that?
Thanks.

Hmm..I've been using Google for awhile & mine doesn't do that. Maybe you have it on a certain option? Well anyways, I would try deleting your history. Open up google & go to Tools, Internet Options, & then there's a tab right on the box that says Clear History. Click that & then click on Delete Cookies. Next go to tab that says Content & click on Clear SSL state. After doing that, press "ok". That should work, if not use google.
