am I too un-girly?

Question Posted Wednesday June 6 2007, 4:14 pm

Well, I'm definitely more of a girly girl than a tom boy. & everyone always compliments me on my clothes & such. Because I care a lot about my clothes/not wearing the same thing too often/matching. But I pretty much never wear makeup & keep my hair in a ponytail most of the time. Whenever people talk about makeup & such I'm just like yeah, I never wear makeup, & people say like well you look fine without it, etc. But I feel like it's kind of something every girl should do? I'm usually just too lazy in the morning. But I don't want to look like crap. But I also don't want to become one of those girls who looks like crap when they're not wearing makeup.

I just don't know if it's something all girls should do, & if I should try to wear it more & care about my hair & stuff.

We're pretty much the same, except I don't care THAT much about clothes. Honestly, if you don't need make up, don't start using it. It screws with your skin in the long run. In the future, you're skin can become tinged and saggy. Also, don't mess with your hair and appearance just to be like everybody else. Screw the crowd. Do what you feel like.

If you like the way you look without makeup & don't feel a need for it -- don't wear it. Honestly, it's up to you to wear it & if you don't want to, then don't. If you do decide to, don't do anything major. Just some mascara, eyeliner & lipgloss should do.

Try putting your hair in a different style too. Maybe straighten it or get a haircut & try something new. It's always good to experiment with yourself & see what you're comfortable in.

I think its amazing that
you dont have to wake up
every morning and freak
out because you left your makeup
at a girls house or seomthing.
Truthly my opion.
Most girls look perfectly fine
without makeup. Maybe some
mascara or something If your
worried about not being girly enough.
But truthly just be who you wanna
be. Look how you wanna look. And
dont change who you are
for what your not
hope i helped!
