Technically, you are a virgin until a penis penetrates your vagina. If it's not a real penis, it doesn't count.
If you're referring to breaking your hymen, that doesn't determine if you're a virgin or not. Your hymen can break while you're riding a bike or a horse, not just by penetration. Sometimes a doctor will manually break the hymen, but that doesn't mean you're not a virgin.
