I love my boyfriend to death and we've been together for a really long time but how do i know if he really loves me? But he never calls me back but tell's everyone how much he loves me?

If he expresses his love for you to people i'm pretty sure you've got nothing to worry about. Most men have ADD and cant expect a phone call. I mean damn i hardly get one from my husband. hhahah Things you'll learn. I wouldnt stress if he loves you he loves you dont question it.

maybe he doesn't realize that he doesn't call you back & is giving you hints that he doesn't truly love you! the only way you can know for sure is to talk to him about it. find him on a quiet night and say something like, "hey, baby, are we cool? i've noticed that you don't seem to return my calls very much anymore." don't say "you never call me back anymore!" you don't want to attack him.
if he tells everyone he loves you, he is probably very proud of the fact that you guys are together and truly does love you.
he might just be busy & unable to do the things he used to do, like buy you random gifts & reply to your messages. he is probably not doing it purposely, cause if he really didn't like you anymore, he wouldn't be telling everyone he 'loves' you.
