I'm moving out of my moms house and into my grandmas. I've pretty much swiched back and forth from moms to grandmas for two years and my mom is moving to a different state and I'm moving into my grandmas for good.
I'm re-arranging my room and need good tips.
(web sites would be a good help also.)
My bed set is light blue, brown and white. I'm thinking about painting my room. My grandma wants it to match the bed set but I really don't like those colors to begin with and really really don't want to paint my room that color and getting a new set is out of the question. I've already asked. I pretty much know where I want my furniture to go but I really want my room to look more teenager-y but my grandma is trying to make it more adult/elderly like. Any tips on how to make it look more right for my age? & the paint issue? Thanks for the help.
Why dont you paint your room light blue? Its such an easy color to spruce up and its a color in your bed set. My room is light blue and I like it because its not TOO TOO noticable, so that the things in my room get all the attention.
To give your room a "teenagery" look put pictures of your friends up everywhere! I bought a vera bradley bulletin board and magnetic bulletic boards from the Container store and went wild with it! Buy some band posers off ebay. Ebay is the best place to buy them for cheap.
