Shakira wore a skirt, that was an indian-style. You should really find a local indian store. If you go to, i think, Classical Arts, they sell skirts like that, but it's a VERY small store. Otherwise, ask any of your indian friends if they know some "sari-stores", or just look it up on the internet in your city. Otherwise, go to

you should go to an indian store. they sell a bunch of skirts kind of like that. also swapmeets and flea markets have all kinds of enthnic skirts. they're really cool oh and umm costume stores =] have fun
