I don't know if she has anything from it but if it's bad and I share my drinks and food with her will I get it?

You should be fine sharing drinks and food. However, I'd avoid sharing if I ever saw a cold sore on any of their lips. It'd be worth the extra $2 to get your own Coke and not chance that shit.
