I eat a lot of fruit. Every day I have at least 2-4 servings. I eat a variety of fruits at lunch. I know they are healthy for you, but what about the sugar? Is there something bad about eating fruit daily? I still eat veggies but only one meal as a side. Any ideas? Thanks!
curliecue answered Tuesday May 29 2007, 11:30 pm: Some dieters cut out fruit because they are afraid that if they eat any sugar, they will crave it and binge on sugary foods. You're ok. I'm assuming you don't have that problem, and even if you did, it isn't necessary to cut out all sugar to be healthy.
Continue to eat a lot of fruit- don't go crazy though! Stay within a reasonable range, I would say no more than 6 servings in any one day. However, I recommend that you basically stay between 2-4 servings. [ curliecue's advice column | Ask curliecue A Question ]
