He wont leave me alone!

ok im 14/f and there this guy.
Me and him (CALLING HIM BOO) used to be really good friends ONLINE. He goes to my school but just the way he acts at school is so different from how he acted online and it bugged the hell out of me. and last summer, me and him were really close online and i liked him a lot. but since then, hes changed a lot and EVERY time i talk to him, i cant stand him. So he LOVES ME. and when i say love, i seriously mean it. he tells me this all the time. And after i got so fed up with him about a month ago, i put him on ignore. soon after, i started going out with this guy (CALLING HIM JOOPIE) that id liked for a really long time. hes really sweet and adorable and he moves at a good pace and i really really like him. but BOO really really dosent like him (mostly because i like him..) and hes always trying to make JOOPIE look bad. JOOPIE AND BOO HATE EACHOTHER AND I HATE BOO TOO.
so the other day, i unblocked BOO just to give him one more chance to fix things but he ended up ruining his chance by continuously calling me hot and sexy and all sorts of stuff and then he just started bashing on joopie!.
i cant stand to talk to him, but i cant seem to keep him on ignore. what can i do that will make me stop letting him back into my life??!?!

just ignore him or tell him off. be like i dont like you stop bothering me seriously. Just block him online and dont talk to him in school. i had the same prob once. there was this weird kid and i had to say get lost and get a life to him and it actually worked or you could just let him talk to you can completely ignore what he says. you can try telling him to get lost in a nice way and if that doesnt work just tell him the truth that you hate him get lost or something. lol
