Lose Or Gain?

Question Posted Saturday May 26 2007, 9:25 am

When you have a cold, do you usually lose weight or gain weight? I haven't been working out and I'm pretty worried because I want to still fit into my dress by Friday.

Hey ! Well usually when you have a cold you have a lack of appetite which makes up for the fact that you aren't excersicing. But if your sitting around eating oreos watching full house all day ? You may pack on some pounds. Stay far away from salt and drink more water than you thought was humanily possible. Eat as many fruits and veggies as ya can. This will help you drop a few pounds and get you feeling better and fight that cold!!! Shine like a star on friday !!!
