okay today i was running outside in my neighborhood. i forgot to stretch and since i have health now in school (13/f) i havent done gym for a while.. and my basketball thingie ended about 2 months ago, and volleyball on saturdays just finished like last week. i dont run alot on a daily basis.. maybe to like the bus in the morning or like.. during school sometimes.. but not really.
anyways i ran really fast on the toes of my sneakers pushing myself to go real fast.. (im training to be the fastest soccer player on my school team next year, since i didnt make it this year.) and then after my feet were like shaking a little and i felt like my feet were hurting. i'd been running for about 20 mins then.. does that like litle pain in my feet mean that im losing calories or something? hm.. thanks.
also how can i get better at soccer? im not that amazing.. i've only played 3 rec seasons.. but iv'e always loved it but i never had a chance to play when i was younger (i did basketball and dance when i was younger) but i'd loooove if i can get on the top team for my school next year since i didnt even make the second team, the B team. i just love soccer so much tell me how i can become a hella lot better! THANKS! :)

well the shaking in your feet just meant you were working out muscles that hadn't been worked out in a while,
basically you were working out hard, which is a good thing.
your feet probably hurt because you were running on your toes. i've noticed when i sprint or run really fast i can feel myself running on my toes which causes my feet to hurt after wards. make sure your wearing the proper shoes when you run though, but i'm guessing you are since you seem athletic. also, make sure your shoes are the right size, i'm on cross country and track, and my coach told me to get a half size bigger than my normal shoe size when i buy running shoes. that helped me when i was having problems with my toes
as for the part about getting better at soccer, i'm not really sure, considering i'm not a soccer player lol [ xosweetiepiexo's advice column | Ask xosweetiepiexo A Question ]
