In the United States and Canada, dial toll-free 1.866.212.8198 or 1.972.374.9402 (toll charges apply). I agree that TRUE.com may terminate my account for any reason, effective upon sending notice to me at the email address I provided when signing up"
If you want to hide your profile until you can delete it, then this is from the FAQ listed on the bottom of every page of www.true.com:
"Q: How do I hide my profile?
A: To hide your profile, log in, then click Hide My Profile underneath My Profile. To make your profile visible again, click Make My Profile Visible."
Also from the FAQ:
"Q: How do I cancel my membership?
A: Are you sure you want to cancel? If so, click here [Link](Mouse over link to see full location);
... but trust me, if you want your profile deleted and your membership cancelled on true.com, then you need to call them.
I found a few reviews saying how they don't let go of members easily, while I was looking for this info for you.
