hiii so i think im over weight im 5'6 and i weigh 150 pounds ? anything i can do to loose more in my stomach cuz thats really the only part that is chubby

Try crunches. I did over 100 a day and i really saw a difference. But if you eat crappy and don't exercise your stomach won't get better. Try eating healthy and cutting down on pop, candy, junk food and fast food. Run a mile or so around your neiborhood a day too, it's really good. But for your abs try crunches, who cares if people say they're boring. Do 4 sets of 25 a day, then you can do more if you want.
