Viewing more questions by a user.
"Okay, this user keeps asking the same questions OVER AND OVER AGAIN!!!! She has multiple profiles, I'm sure, because she keeps posting and when I 'view more questions by this user,' I get different versions of the same question."

I have investigated and banned the person asking these questions. I found at least 30 stupid questions she has asked you.
Should this happen again, please file an abuse report. She should have been gone a long time ago.
Don't put up with this sort of thing. It can be taken care of for you. :)
Oh, I almost forgot to tell you that if you get a paid account you can see other questions asked by
any user.
