American Eagle ae all access pass
i forgot my pass when i went shopping.
and the lady told me if i went online, i could get the points.
but i went on the site. and signed in with my pass.
but i dont know what to do from there.
can anyone help?

"If I forget to show my membership card, can I still get Credits?
Absolutely. As long as you have a valid receipt from the current earning period, you can earn Credits for any eligible purchase. Enter your Credits by the end of the earning period in order to get the Reward you deserve.
Just visit the Get Credits page to enter your receipt information or, you can call AE All-Access Pass Customer Service at 1-800-340-0532."
... I couldn't get the get credits link to work, so I am not going to included it here. Click the link above to go to the FAQ, which may let you go there if you are logged in or something.
American Eagle customer service seems very eager to please.
