It all depends on what level of chemistry you're going for.
The organic that they teach in high school is fairly simple; try searching e-bay for a high-school level textbook, and teach yourself from that using examples.
If it's more complex, I'd suggest self-study as well as a tutor. Some colleges offer peer tutoring services, where an upper year student helps out a lower year student for something like 10$ an hour. ]
