Kasper answered Friday May 25 2007, 12:36 pm: if you want to pass your exams and complete your home work do not study hours staight , do half hour then take a 20 minute break and so on , if you do not do this it will be too much for your brain to take in and you won't remember anything.
Also try to relax stressing is not going to get you any where , i have just done my SATs and this remedy definatley helped me.
Do not go to bed too late , if you are feeling tired go to bed an hour earlier and then in the morning you will feel so much better
Good luck with your exams

You cannot stress out like this over school work/finals. Yes, it is normal to do so, but how does it help you? It doesn't. Stress will cause you to be unfocused & actually do worse on your school work. You need to lighten up & just take control of it. Finals are important & you need to be able to study without stressing. You'll do a lot better & be a lot more comfortable with the material you're studying if you aren't upset/stressed. Believe it or not, many students feel the same way you do. What makes your stress any different? Your friends & classmates are probably going through the exact same thing. People just handle it differently. Take your work one thing at a time & do as much as possible. Then, keep studying & stay focused on your school work. Think of it this way, May is almost over & summers coming up. In a few weeks, you won't have to be worrying about school.
