ABSOLUTELY NOT!

To get an egg from the uterus, it has to be timed for ovualtion just exactly, so the physcian can capture the recently released egg.

You do not ovulate when pregnant, and your uterus is closed from the baby being inside a placenta (the bag the baby is encased inside of, commonly referred to as the "afterbirth" that comes out after giving birth because it breaks and water releases to go into labor)...

There is absolutely no way in this world you can donate an egg while pregnant. And medical science would not attempt it or allow it.
