Dark Circles

Question Posted Sunday May 20 2007, 11:09 pm

Is there anyway to actually get rid of dark circles underneath your eyes besides hiding them with cover up? I know it's from a lack of sleep, but I've been sleeping a lot lately and they're still there.

The dark rings under the eyes aren't just from lack of sleep. It is also bruising. If you rub your eyes a lot or are too harsh when you put on or take off make-up, they will get worse or at least stay there for however long it takes them to fade.

Other than a combo of foundation and concealer, the best thing is to put a cold flannel or similar over your eyes once or twice a day and treat the undereye area very gently. After a few days, you should notice they start to fade.
