crest white strips didnt work for me at all =[ they either work greaaaaaat or dont do anything, so you could expirement, because theyre around 35 dollars where i live and thats not expensive at all, since it could work well
toothbrushes, they dont really matter, but the best toothpaste to use is rembrandt plus. trust me it workkksssss! my dentist told me its the only one that works, and she was right i can notice it my teeth rae really white and im known for it

buy Crest whiteing strips, there about 20$ but they work wonders. it takes 2 weeks for you to be completely done. but youll start to notice things in like 3 days. Buy creast toothpaste so you wont be mixing things. hope i helped<3
