theres no way you really can tell when its coming..so just always be prepared when you think its around that time of the month. i hardly ever get cramps so i usually dont know either.. but when you do get them..they hurt like crap.so for that if its like night time just use a heating pad and it goes away..if you have cramps during school take some medicine or something and you could also try "thermacare"..theyre like tiny heating pads and they work. hope that helps

You can't predict when you are going to have cramps, some periods i dont even have cramps , but one time i had cramps i was laying in the middle of a side street screaming because i didnt have anything to take the pain away. They can hurt out of this world but the best thing i suggest you to use to get rid of cramps is Pampirin.

if you just started getting them recently, it could take awhile to get regular. but, a lot of people had problems like this and they go to their doctor or gynocologist because you can get put on specific hormones and birth control pills that regular your period to make it regular.
