basically just do what feels comfortable, it doesnt really matter. you can do it with his pants on and put your hand down but its a bit awkward, so its best to either just get his penis out or take his pants off completely.

If hes laying down just lay next to him sideways and if he's sitting down just sit next to him and lean towards him.
