Braces, please answer asap
i got rubber bands today, the ones that correct overbites. Well, they hurt soooo much,...thats normal, right? Well, since u have to take them out and put new ones in everyday..will they hurt like this everyday? Or, will i get used to the pain?

It will go away. It takes time to get used to, just like it does when you get your braces tighetend.

Yes, the pain should go away. Even though you put new ones in everyday, your mouth will get used to having it in there after a few days. So don't worry about it.
However, if the pain doesn't go away after 4 or 5 days, go back to your orthodontist, because something could need adjustment.
For now, just eat soft foods and take pain medicine.

yea the pain does go away..i wore them for like a hour until i got used to it like id put them on for an hour then take them off for two then back on again and id sleep in them
