I got her an Olympus 7.1 megapixel camera for $150 & I think it's very good for it's price. But like with most digital cameras, the internal memory will only hold like 5-10 pictures. So you will need to buy a memory card. I think one of the smallest memory cards @ Best Buy is 512MB & holds ATLEAST 100-300 pictures depending on the size of your photo. & that's about $35. It holds about 2285 pictures WITH the memory card inserted AND the pictures are of good quality. However, it doesn't exactly take the press of a button to take the picture. I mean, it does, but it takes longer because it has to make sure the camera is steady & then it takes the picture. You also have to use really, really good batteries because it uses a lot of the energy of the battery depending on how many pictures you take. I recommend Lithium Batteries or some sort. You can usually find those in the camera section of Wal*Mart. I don't know what the camera's called or if they even sell it anymore, but I've got it showing in my picture on my column. If I can find the name out for you, I'll edit my question. Until then, check out the walmart site for cameras.
