That depends a lot on the type of girl. Some are really sexual and will do it within the first month or so? Some wait till marragie, some wait alot. You shouldn't really could the time till you have sex. Make sure she's ready before anything and don't pressure her. Touching her a lot? Im not sure. If she's into you then if you flirt alot it might help but if she doesn't like you that much it might creep her out. Wait till you find out how she feels about all this first.
