15/F. Okay, so I like JUST started guitar. [accoustic] I know most of the basic chords. I'm trying to learn the BEGINNING part of Canon D. I know that it's "in the key of D" and the notes are D, A, Bm, F#m, G, D, G, A. I'm playing them... but it doesn't sound right? How many times do you strum each note? How many strings do you strum? How do you play Bm? How do you play.. AHHHHHH!

This is because when you start out, you're fingers aren't used to being in the awkward positions you put them in when you play guitar so you'll sort of place them in a somewhat wrong position. It just takes practice though. Playing perfect chords isn't something that's going to happen overnight, or, even over a month. It'll take years of practice to become a very good guitarist. Take the F bar for example, it will a week or more for you to get it right, and then a lot longer to get it perfect.
