If you're talking about sexual intercourse, your ass doesn't get bigger because your vagina has elasticity and stretches to fit his penis and then goes back to normal size.
However, your anus does not have elasticity, so if you have anal sex, your anus may stretch, but how much, it depends on how large his penis is.

i think that what they are trying to say is your hole will get bigger. not your whole ass:/ but sometimes it goes back to normal size. it isn`t always true.
