well my friend wants to lose weight and she asked me to help her. like pick foods & exercise and stuff because she doesnt really know what to do. if i were to do it myself, it would be easy but i don't really know how to help someone else. like, idk their health patterns, you know? so i was wondering if someone could give me some general tips to tell her because i don't really know where to start.

I totally understand where your coming from! My best friend is the same way right now,and she has been eating SUPER healthy. But the only advice I can give you is, just encourage her to eat HEALTHY foods. Not things like chips & pizza..you know what i mean! Don't let her get to where she barely eats anything though! But tell her to drink lots of water and eat lots of fruits and vegtables!
