ok me and my boyfriend used this weird condom for girls, it was like a piece of plastic and it went inside of me, he said it was safe and you wait 20 minutes and then it disolves and i never heard of it and he wasnt wearing a condom and i was wondering if you know what it is

Female condoms do not "dissolve" They have to be removed. They do make female condoms, I don't know a lot about them but looked them up. Looks to me like
male condoms would be much easier to use. They have to be used properly. Here is a site with info for you.
