weight, exercising, etc. 15/f
i used to weigh about 135, but then i started to watch what i ate and now i weigh around 126-127 and i havent gone above 130 in over a month. i still watch what i eat, but i think i freak out a little about it..i realize how hard it is just to burn 100 calories so i have no idea how to eat anymore. any help on what to watch? i know not to eat fatty foods and foods high in carbs and of course calories, but i need to know what to eat without freaking out about it. lacrosse season is ending, so i'm not going to really have that exercise after this week, but i can try to go on the treadmill. i love ab workouts so i do a lot of those. and they're pretty intense ab workouts, those 10 minute segments on on demand on tv. how many calories do you think those burn?
sorry it's so long, i had a few questions and i needed to ask them all!

im telling a lot of people this, but anyways, try eating special k. its totally healthy and ive lost like 5 pounds. its GREAT that youre doing the ab workouts, keep doing them. also, try walking. walking is actually better then running. so go on your treadmill or a bike path outside and walk for 30 minutes or more. even biking helps give you nice thighs and tummy. ]

It'll tell you how many calories your body burns just by functioning. You could sit there not eevn hitting the channel button on a remote and burn that much.
As for what to eat, use your common sense. Eat when you're hungry, stop when you're full. Eat a lot of fruits and vegetables, go easy on the junkfood and soda (or cut it out entirely). Exercise moderately most days of the week.
That's pretty much it! =] ]
