I've been on birth control for going on 6 months. I haven't gotten my period yet, and there is only 1 sugarpill left after tonight out of 4 sugarpills. I am sexually active. Should I be worried?

If you have been taking your pill regularly you should be fine, as sometimes the pill can mess up your cycle a bit and cause you to miss periods or only experience light bleeding. I remember being worried about the same thing a couple of times while on the pill, only for it to be fine. However, just to be sure I would pop down to the sexual health clinic and get a pregnancy test, and talk to your doctor about why this might be happening. It could be that you need to change to a different pill, maybe this one's too strong for you. Don't stress, but I would definitely recommend a pregnancy test for peace of mind - you don't want to leave things to chance.

well i know the pill really messes up your cycle.. but how long have you not had your period for?
if your really worried you should take a pregnancy test but for positive results you need to go to a doctor.
